If my body didn't suck donkey balls I'd attempt to do the same. Hats off to you man.

What kind of steel are the rockers? They almost look solid.

I wish I had the time to do something like that. Looks killer.

There 2x4x1/4". I capped then ends with some 1/4" plate.

I know your from Texas but have you ever wheeled with propane when its cold? One of the guys in my club has a toyota buggy with propane and when we were wheelin up in Clayton, OK in mid december it got hella cold (I guess around 0-10) and he was having problems with his full tanks not having enough pressure to start it in the morning, and I think the regulator might have frozen or something too. You should go diesel :D

Looks pimp.

No never wheeled in that kind of cold. Nevers gets below 20* around here and around that time of year all the wheelin ranches are closed for hunting season. We call it the build season:D
But yes I have heard of the regulators freezing up that why they also have dual fuel systems that fun the truck on gas then switch to pane once it warms up.

I've wheeled in 20* weather and had zero issues with the propane not moving through the vaporizor. I was a little worried about it at first but on that trip, I set my mind at ease. We have ran them for long periods of time not having the heater hoses hooked up without a problem too.

To all you doggin me for doggin Chris, he is a bud of mine. I have to give him crap.

Yey all the tube work is finally done.
Got the front stripped down and got it cleaned then primed.
I have this week to finish the paint then next weekend it will be wired and running:woot:
Also pulled off the old heavy intake and valve covers, they will be replaced with some new bling:D

dumb question... once the seats are mounted... how do you get in? door area seems pretty much covered... and x-bracing inside the b-pillar precludes the possibility of "walking" up to the seats from behind...

Haha its not very easy but once inside I feel super safe (what I wanted).
Basically you stand on the rocker and put your left foot in first on the floor. Then grab the top of the roll bar and swing your right foot in then just slide in.:haha:

I didnt mind making it hard to get into vs. being safe.

Same way my cage will be done

Here you go Jek.
Other side looks the same. Still need to finsih welding.
I wanted to keep the bottom as flat as possible since I use my rockers all the time to help me, so they need to slide easy.
