Wanted Wanted truck crossmembers

Energy Suspension cab mount kits as shown:

C-series #3-4109X (4x2 mounts)

The two piece rear cab mounts and one piece make no difference in 2 or 4wd. I've seen both types used on both.

I’m sure you can use either, I was just pointing out that you need K10 poly mounts for K10 frame brackets. In the pictures you can clearly see the height difference in the rear poly mount.

It makes no sense. You would think the rear member would be higher on the 4wd truck as they have a t case back there.
Or am I thinking about it backwards?

This is an 87 C10 I can cut out for you. $100 plus shipping.

This is an 86 K20 crossmember for reference. I don't see any functional difference.

81-91 trucks either C or K won't matter. Just use the same part number as I listed above from Energy Suspension.

The different height on the rearmost cab mount only applies on 73-80 trucks only.

Don't you have a spare frame underneath a yellow cab laying around beags?

Got rid of it already? Lol.

I thought you hadn't really touched it yet. Now that I think about it you did say the fenders were off

Didn't say I got rid of it.
You asked if the frame was under a yellow cab. Which it is not.

Hahaha

To answer the question, I didn't want to hack that frame up any more then I needed to. I currently have a plan for it.

So this is a picture from the bottom of my 89 crew cab k30, seems like the one posted by Kenny as a 2wd.
It would be cheaper than the one piece to ship, and I could make it a very good deal if it works for you.
It mounts to the small crossmember that holds the tank switch.
I do have a one piece on my 83 k20, not sure if that one is the same as a kid but I could check it out tomorrow morning on my way to work, it's at my storage, it's also on a cut frame that at this point has no future plans

I now have an 85 K10 Suburban for the front crossmember. I can include it with the rear cab crossmember for the $100 plus shipping.
