Spent a few hours cleaning up more wiring, added an ato fuse block, is keyed hot to main battery.
Between the po and myself the factory fuse block was filled up. Adding the secondary fuse block allowed me to use 1 ign hot tap on factory block to power 4 other circuits with room for more.

I have most of my list checked off, sort out the second panel, reposition the trailer brake control. Assemble dash. All that will left is cargo tracks, nut and bolt check then pack for BB23

Finished install of switches consolidation, don't like it.

Started on the tie down track in rear, only 36 more screws to go.

Finished up the rear cargo tie down system.

Don't want to be American Jeeper, preping for Moab with vendor stickers. Then having all my loose crap interfere with my ability to control my rig, and hurt somebody.

Road test today. Found a couple issues. The TCC wasn't locking up in auto, or manual. My new Trans temp gauge was reading 250 and wouldn't come down.
Tcc issue was out of adjustment brake switch, easy fix. Fingers crossed the old temp sender didn't match new gauge, got it swapped out after trans cooled. With power on it sits right at 100°. Another road test this time off road. @Babaganoosh better road test :waytogo:

Might get one in tomorrow, really close. Going out now to work on it.

My Off road test went great, only probably a 3 mile loop. My 1st test I could not select 4w hi. Opened up the shifter slot another 3/4" toward the rear. Plenty of room to get 4w hi now.
Trans gauge reads much better settled down around 170° and stayed there. Tcc brake switch was miss adjusted, open 100%. Tcc works as it should now.
Have an oil drip from one of the oil cooler lines. Gonna be a pain, the lines are so close together is hard to get a wrench on them. Hoping that is what it is. If the fitting is leaking, like one other failed fitting on the cooler, I am going to down size, -10 an to -8 an. pretty sure I have what I would need to do so.

Arposerlation picture, not much, but not a rock crawler.

Investigated the oil leak, good news is not the oil cooler, and everything I had apart is nice and dry still. Bad news is the t case still leaks, eventually I'll get that sucker sealed. Did the front out put housing and seal with the drive shaft work, nice and dry there. Think I may give it a pig mat diaper for now.

Got a grille in the truck first time in years. When I got this beast it only had 3 screws holding it in. The PO had put a trans cooler and oil cooler up front, in process removed the passenger side mount. Even after I relocated the trans cooler from that area I couldn't reattach the grille. Got the piece I needed from Capt Ron awhile back and managed to keep track of it. Got it on last week and ordered the plastic captured nuts. Got it all together today.

Not the right grille and a little beat up, but will do till I find one I like. Hides the Baja Design lights a bit as well.

I think you mean "done" with Evil Energy rather than "down" with. When I first started reading I thought you were giving them a good review.

Yep DONE with Evil Engery, I was pissed off and in the middle of the repairs when I wrote that, I hope I got the amazon review correct lol

Still leaks. The top straight on now leaks, had to remove it to get to the bottom one. Better bring extra oil, cuase not getting fix by travel time tomorrow.

Is it leaking from the seat or the hose? If it's the seat, did you try cracking the fitting loose while it's running and then re-tighten?

1000 miles, checked oil, several times. Haven't added oil, also haven't looked at oil leak, since before we left.
Been contemplating my wide open power loss. Fuel filters are kinda old, 2019 I think. Going to change them maybe before I leave for home tomorrow.
One think I did when I installed the current electric pump system, I installed a tbi fuel filter between the pump and the regulator. Now I am wondering if that filter is to much restriction to flow at wide open throttle. I spent 70% of i70 matted to floor. Even 3rd gear above 3k rpm would slowly lose rpm and mph.
