the droop is the same as before, minus the 1/4" for off set plate. The shock are short because the raised upper mount I just installed. In picture Drive shaft is resting on yoke.
You just installed the mounts too high is all.I did have to order shocks the old ones were @ 1" short at full droop.
So now you know how to source the missing bushing.Of course the missing bushing sleeve was from a box that had been open before.

I would still send an "FYI" email to ORD so that they know. Not pay $20 shipping ea way to steal a bushing.
Gonna remove welded was and cut to fitView attachment 507530

They can't maintain their customer service level if they don't know when something slips past. Just my opinion.
Yes, that is very frustrating! My bitch is this shock as open, which means it was returned. Returned with the 7/16ths rod eye bushing bolt, that doesn't fit a square. Then they sent the thing to me.
When I spend good money on parts I expect to NOT get an open box.If the bushing makes it a different part number, I would be more worried that the shock itself *is* the same damping you're expecting. If that's the only difference, I can see somebody missing that detail. It was probably a customer who swapped that or the whole shock and it ended up on the wrong shelf at ORD. This issue plagues all retailers.
Recently, I ordered an open box Monroe from Amazon and they sent me a same-size 5100 series in good used condition. For the $32 I paid, I decided not to return it, but keep my eyes open for another one.
This may sound like a goofy Q, nut have you tried using a non clutch fan or seized clutch fan ? Just to help diagnose.Victim of shitty new parts.
Last Sept on way home from UnBlazer Bash my Hayden extreme duty fan clutch gave up. Maybe 4 years old tops.
Grabbed a Duralast for expedience. Worked adequately during the winter. Not so much this spring with ac on.
Ordered amother Hayden 2797
Install. No change. Try a different fan, this time factory 5 blade. No change. 5 blade fan duralast clutch no change.
I am going nuts, thinking the big tires changed my rpm enough that I need a high flow water pump. Better electric condenser fan, 7 blade fan, idk what.
Well I spent $$ on a 12" Derale high out put pusher electric, and I got a OER 7 blade repop fan. Alreadyvhad a 6 blade Derale 19" fan.
OER seem to be 19.25" and @ 1/4" more pitch than the Derale. Original 5 blade is 2 9/16".
How I measured

So I put new 7 blade on newest Hayden clutch. Check rad and condenser for debris blockages, all good, but blow the dust out for good measure.
All back together test time.
On choke the fan holds a red rag to grill.

Off choke @900 rpm not so much.
Temp guage gets up to 1/4 where it runs normal. So far so good. Turn on max ac,temp starts climbing just like before.
I am standing over rad with my hand in air stream no force at all. Guage is up to half still no clutch engagement. Over half up to 5/8ths this is well over 215° at tstat, rad is to hot to touch.
Hayden clutch never engaged.
Dig out an old dirty oem clutch from my pile, swap it out. Truck is still hot. Fire it up turn max ac on, sitting at 1/4 on the guage just where I like it.
Sitting in cab typing this with max ac, actually getting chilly. We have some over xast and scattered T storms today. Not really a warm Havasu day shop thermometer is at 75.
So when someone here says they got a new whatever that dont mean shit. I had 2 new different brands and both were crap. Both being returned, and nasty reviews puplished.
