Very nice pics !Last Friday the wife and took the burb out on The Back Way to Desert Bar, witch down by Parker.
1st real trail since installing 37, moving axle forward, and new ORD high mount shocks.
OnX rates this trail as 5 of 10 difficulty, with all the rain we've had recently it was maybe a 6.
Burb ran flawlessly, had some minior front fender rubbing. Future trimming incoming, or 35s.

Very minor contour wrinkle of fender fang.
The desert is so green right now it's amazing. Scenery and vista were great too.

Taiiling pile and close horizontal shaft was 1/4 mile around a ridge, i dicovered later.
The destination is only open Sat and Sunday, so the trail was all ours. Two sxs passed us at trail head I was licking hubs and airing down. Later at the Memorial I saw a jeep coming up from our back trail, they never caught up to us.
Used low for the first obstacle, steep up hill climb over a large sharp rock. Then 4 hi the rest of the day.
A nice peaceful adventure.
I don’t recommend licking the hubs though. Taste like pennies.Last Friday the wife and took the burb out on The Back Way to Desert Bar, witch down by Parker.

I agree I like that color combo.
It should have a multi-groove ( not a serp belt as it does not ride on the backside of any pulley ) belt for the alt. with regular v-belts for the other accessories.it is the combo brackets one serp ps and ac use v belt. Has Sanden compressor and brackets, no R4 compressor, Thank God.
Didn't realize the trans was different than a normal th400.I realize that you don’t plan on putting the TH400 in the Burb but it must be said that particular TH400 is actually the ole TH475 version ( high rated GVWR chassis application ) - note the big-ass parking brake drum on the tail end of that tranny.
And as an added bonus it’s a new enough case that it has the six thick bosses along the bottom of the bell/neck area that could be tapped for the bottom converter cover that accepts the braces to the motor mount plates.
Very nice score !
