Besides, everyone and his mom has a 350. There's no fun in following the pack. There are plenty of fun gas burners out there, but the sbc isn't one of them. And my project lineup has no room for boring projects. Which is the whole point in selling this one off, it has stagnated and become unfun. But at least it didn't start out that way...

Yep. Completely unfun having a truck that starts in the cold.
Can fuel at every gas station.
And you can buy parts for at family Dollar.
It's really not fun at all.
It's also not any fun being able to idle and breath at the same time.

I knew you would Never take me up on it. Otherwise I would have to make a running vehicle into a non running one....

Now go change some glow plugs...lol

I knew you weren't serious about it. I will say this...diesel fumes are a lot more palatable (to me) than what I get from most rich-running carbureted rigs. Gasoline stinks!

And it's not at idle that mine smells...

I like all the fumes... I love the smell of diesel in the morning... Just from a IH 466...

And its nice having more than 1000 usable rpms

Plus diesels just dont sound right.

I literally just stumbled across this thread,

Bring it here, write $4500 on the windshield, and sell it in 45 minutes.

If it fetched a large enough premium, I would drive it down there. The market for vehicles is pretty slow in my town.

You probably could sell that down here, close to the Chicago market. I would be willing to sell it for you if your
Interested. Pm me.

I just got rid of a set of 15x7 6 lug steelies, which were the only 6 lug wheels I own that aren't in use.

It's too bad you're not looking for 8 lug wheels, I've got three sets of 94-97 Dodge 3/4 ton chrome wheels, some super rusty 16.5's that are getting reclaimed by the earth, a set of 17 inch wagon wheels, and probably 10 loose mis-matches.

That being said, I'd probably only get rid of the loose mis-matches.

I had a set I of 6lugs I was trying to give away... couldn't do it..

I think the later 6&8 lugs went to a metric pattern didn't they..?
