I'm envious of anyone who has the ability to put anything bigger than a riding mower in their garages.
At our new house we have a big two car garage, but the with the doors being as big as they are, I can't fit the green truck in there, as we figured out when we moved in, Obviously the west coast mirrors pose a problem, but it doens't work with height either, I would scrape the cab lights off if I tried to put it in there. I could get the Blazer in there if I took the CB antenna off and folder one mirror in, and took the other off, but there is no room inside for it now. Seeing as how I'm 18 at the moment I don't really have alot of say as to how the garage is used, so it's packed full of the upstairs and basement of our old house. I have the west wall and 5 feet as mine, with the two big roll-around toolboxes and stacked wheels and tires along the wall, and my workbench I put in there myself with the grinder and the vise on it.
At our old house we had a smaller two car garage, but my Dad was in charge of it, so it was pretty well kept, but it was pretty darn little. To put a Suburban in there we had to put it at a 45 degree angle. We did get a lot done in that garage though, although sometimes the little doors got the best of us. When we bought the Cummins it was a SRW 3/4 ton, and my Dad converted it to a Dually, turns out a SRW Dana 80 is wider than a DRW Dana 80. So we bought a V10 Dually parts truck for it's rear axle, put it under it, got the bed on it, got it all buttoned up, and realized the daully bed wouldn't fit out the door. So the bed and the outer duals had to come off just get the truck out the door.
