Whats the thing you find the hardest to do on your rig/

Pushing on the brake pedal, when I can see a mile of rolling or whooped out dirt road in front of me.

Couple folks mentioned steering box replacement. I'm doing one right now, having just finished welding in the frame brace. Sucks big hairy donkey balls.

I may be repeating myself, but I find trying to remove leaf spring bolts the worst!--and steering knuckle removal can suck too--those coned washers just wont let loose sometimes..

Bench pressing a T-case or tranny into position alone ranks among the top 10 too!..

Building a roll cage for my 74. I bought the a jd square model 4 bender 3 months ago and cant seem to get started yet. I have never used a bender before. So i been doing a lot of research on where to get started first.

To declare it done...I don't know if that's even feasible...

I absofreeekinlutely HATE ELECTRICAL. I can stair at wiring diagrams and kinda get it... but still confuses the heck out of me. I hate wires, not knowing where they all go when all ur trying to do is find that one wire to hook up that one random thing... Pain.

Other than that theres not too much you could ask me to take out/replace that I would be afraid of trying...

Yep. I did. Now it is just breakage repair. And if I have to upgrade to make it stronger, still a repair.

I don't think an "upgrade" is a repair, but if that's what you want to tell you wife to slide it by her then that is perfectly acceptable.:waytogo:

Don't worry, you'll still be able to use it again and have fun, it will just never be done.

Wife was with me when I blew the right front locking hub up, in Moab. She asked how to make it stronger? I told her an ARB air locker would do the trick. Then she started talking buggy. And we're not talking baby buggies.
