It's only half as fast without the sticker! :D

The only problem is your grill and air cleaner don't match now, maybe if you average them you have an AMC engine?

I need a 350 sticker for my 454!
I do think you'll notice a difference with the Bilsteins....they don't seem to send you sideways over washboard roads!

I would love to have a 402 badge for that grille.

So this has been sitting since last fall.

Put a battery in it today and got it fired up. I drove it to Lindsay and back, and then installed the front Bilstein shocks I bought from Glen. The drive home from the bar tonight was noticeably improved.

Then again, the shocks I replaced were 20+ years old, and completely shot.

Dangit I want to know if bilstiens are really worth it! I want to know how they ride in comparison to cheap shocks.

Any new pics!?

Nope. Not much to look at really anyways. Just some shiny new shocks, on a crusty old Blazer.

I do need a different hood. The factory hood was up on it one day this winter when I was fiddling around with it, and the wind came up that night (I forgot to close it, but in my defense, I also had the hoods up on two other '81-'87 trucks) and destroyed it. Which is a shame, because it matched the paint on the rest of it.

As to why no pictures, I have never had much luck with digital cameras, and now my 5 year old iPhone is giving me stress, and doesn't want to take pictures most of the time.

Here you go. This is where I parked it the other day at work. My buddy thought it was funny, and posted it to Facebook.

The hood was destroyed this winter, so I took it off.

Seeing that poor 402 with that crappy stock cast iron intake manifold has been driving me nuts, so I broke down and bought an Edelbrock Performer RPM-O for it. First time I have ever purchased a brand new intake manifold. I am kind of a cheap ass.

It doesn't seam like you care if your stuff has performance stuff on it.

I like horsepower, I just think it is over rated. There are many things that are more important than power.
