I just wish I could find one in ANY condition for a reasonable price.

Apparently they are all gold platted here in TX. I miss the rust belt sometimes.

I put a battery in this yesterday and drove it around. I think my power steering pump may have bit the bullet. I then swapped in a random alternator I had sitting around to see if the alternator was the source of my parasitic load. See if the battery dies.

Loaned it to a kid tonight to go beat on it. He called me back an hour later. Some how he blew up the SM465. I now have plans for the weekend.

I'm puzzled by this statement.
Was this product testing or do you have a K30 library and one can sign these things out?:eek1:

No, I was banging his sister at the time. I figured the least I could do was let him drive the truck.

He didn't actually hurt the transmission, he exploded the power coupler between the SM465 and the NP205.

I honestly think this is the funniest thing I have ever read on this forum

do you think the truck is too long to wheel? I want to do a crew cab conversion on mine (basically buy a crew cab truck and swap all my stuff to it and chop the frame down. Move rear wheels in)

I think there was a build thread on pirate recently where a guy did just that with his square body CC.

I wheeled it.

I didn't care about how much the body got beat up though.
