I need to have it finished up and reliable for another x-country trip around the end of Oct beginning of November, so I can't take too long. Between that and all the people/contacts I can make use of now, I think I can pull this off quickly and professionally. After getting all the other details buttoned up, I'll probably end up taking it down to PacFab so they can get it fired up, running and tuned correctly. Then it's time to peel the fuuuck out!
 
my k5 has a similar problem guy I work with looked and told me its the steering damper. Got a moog one sitting in the back of the truck waiting to go on when I got time. Ride looks sweet, post up problems you have with all the unplugged stuff and well see if we can help.

sorry I only read the first page new to how the forum works didnt realize there was 52 pages. I was referring to the steering problem.

I got kicked off once, but some how got let back on. John (80'427) I'd banned. They don't care for people that breathe through their nose or eat with a fork.

I didn't do a damn thing. Posted a link to this thread, 5 mins later I couldn't even find the national squarebody page with a google search, tried Chrome and IE. That is seriously it. I had been posting pictures and answering questions there regularly, for weeks.
