I’m not sure on that electric connection. Should be a clip to push or lift on it somewhere. I’ve spent more time trying to figure out those damn things than anything else... drives me nuts!

On the electric plug I can't see the other side to confirm but if there's no clip, then my guess is the ribbed sides get pinched in and it should unplug.
Basically press on both sides, if it is the right way you will feel it push in
Is that a tab you press?
Don't you love it when the lock tabs are on a side you can't see or get to without 2 dismantling everything around it?
I straightened out a few fins, and then tried cleaning the radiator out with some engine degreaser and hot water, then compressed air...didn't clean it out as much as I wanted. Blew a couple hours on that. It didn't look to bad overall, but the fins were getting plugged up w gunk, and I know that will make a difference, so off to the shop it goes for a cleaning and pressure test.
The intercooler cleaned up well, it has much bigger fins and they are a little more robust so I put the pressure washer to it. The A/C condenser and Trans cooler I just blew out with compressed air. Shining a light through them looked pretty clear.
Waiting on the crank nut socket and a bunch of other parts to get here yet....I think the shipping lanes are slowed down with everyone ordering from home!

Your stack of coolers will be happy with you after they are done. I did a half assed job of washing mine out and it made a big difference. Especially with the AC. Well worth doing!
I’d be further off making a road trip then?
Good to hear on the stack...my biggest concern is the radiator. It would seem like it would get the least amount of debris, but the fins are so tight that they gather crap easier I guess. I washed a lot of crap out, but there is still alot remaining.

You have yours out. I’d take it to a shop for cleaning too. Especially seeing how you want to tow long distances.

I got my socket this afternoon, and since I have the rad and intercooler out of the way, decided to try the Fuel 18... Put a fresh 5.0 battery in it and hammered on it for about 1 minute, then switched to tighten it for a few seconds, then back to loosen and it hammered for a couple seconds and out it came! Sweet. So the balancer is off, and the water pump....hopefully I get a shitload of parts tomorrow! Ill be prepping everything until I get the new stuff in.

Got a few parts this afternoon, spent some time cleaning up some wire loom that has disintegrated. Ive read this is a problem with these trucks, so Im looking for the potential trouble spots before they become an issue. Many Places have missing loom or it just crumbles when you grab it.

Got my little hard to find pieces today from Merchant Automotive
A water pump outlet and an O ring for the bypass pipe to the thermostat.
So made some progress, putting things back together.
The spec I found for the crank bolt was 74# + 105*....so I made some marks and just hit it with the impact until the marks lined up.
Anybody know what this blue nipple thingy is?

Looks like a shipping cap/ plug for something.
Makes sense the long nipple went over the stud and then covered the hole to seal the condesor during shipping
