‘76 K10 SWB Silverado "Pops"- Off to its new home!

Mostly stock rebuild.
Oh and I also had a '87 K10 SWB silver color at one point too. Had factory TBI 350 and a hydraulic clutch setup. Also should not have sold that one.

I have yet to meet or talk to a single person that does not regret selling their SWB. And once I saw this was a k10, I knew it would be a forever truck.

I just don't know what route to go still.

Yeah I sold two of them! The other one was my 78 Black short box. factory 465/205 I put a 454 in it, 4inch lift 35inch BFG MTs on widened to 10inch rally wheels. It was also rust free! :doah:

Growing up my dad drove a '69 GMC daily for a bunch of years. It was 2wd and he put 33/12.5R15s on it and they fit and looked perfect. Of course they had round wheels wells and different clearance than sqaurebody trucks. Are they 8" or 10" wide?

They look like 10's. Still waiting for him to respond with a little more info like that.

You didn't make this any easier of a decision for me lol.

But thanks for the pictures!!!:waytogo:

Didn’t think it would help much. Lol!
To bad the phone made the pics blurry.

The 33s your looking to buy will look sweet on it.
But i think with the wheels “ looks like 10s to me too” your gonna eventually want a 2 to 4 inch lift for sure.

I'm thinking zero rate and a new poly body mounts should do the trick.

Finally got power when the key turns on. Got headlights, signals and dash lights. Volt and gas gauges both work. I am able to turn the engine over by jumping the starter, but still have nothing when I rotate the key. Also the truck won’t fire like it’s not getting spark.

Anything jump out at anyone as to what direction or wires to chase next?

Got any power at the dizzy?

Could just run a wire directly from the battery to it just to see if it will fire.
