‘83 C10 4spd Scottsdale-Gone but not forgotten. New replacement loading...

Mild restoration build to use as a truck should be used.
Nice picture. I always enjoy lining up my stuff like that. But needs more square, less 400/800
The gm400 would get replaced with a slightly lifted crew cab. The gm800 would get replaced with a lowered crew cab (since I don’t like the look of extended cab conversions).

Oooo even better!

The gm800 would get replaced with a crew cab short bed. Oh yeah. Schwing!

Spent a little over an hour cleaning up crap inside this thing this morning. Found about 10 hand tools and some other random sockets. Then cleaned up a bucket full of dirt and nasty stuff from the floor board and under the seat. Still need to power wash the floor, but it looks way better. Floors are solid. Kick panel on the driver’s side had a small section of rust, but not bad. Going to wire wheel and paint it after I wash it out. Then maybe new floor rubber.

All the trash picked picked up. Just needs washed.

And the new seat. Decided to throw it in so I have something to sit on when I move it.

I always thing clearing the floor coverings and replacing the seats are the best ways to clean up a crusty old rig.
Yep agreed. I feel like I can relax knowing the seat isn’t hiding a snake or rat lol.

Yer forked buddy

Shove a Cheeto in it and start shopping

I have a coworker that has and Edelbrock he said I can use. I guess I'll go that route. I really wanted a q-jet though. Would I be better off finding one still?

Put that fast ez EFI on there and be done with it

If it’s a spreadbore intake, I’d look to see if you can find/borrow/swipe one just to get it running
