'10 JK build (flame away)

Also finished painting and installing my bumper. Reinstalled my winch also. With that bumper I had to cut 2" off the frame rails and drill some holes and I was good. Just took a whole to get the crash bar off and everything cleaned up. The electronic disconnect is hanging down a bit, want to swap in a regular sway bar.

I can't blame you for building a jeep. I just rode in a new one today and it was a smooth ride and had a decent interior. A far departure from the last time I rode in a YJ, had to count my teeth to make sure they were all there. I was sure some had chattered out.

Finished up one of my tail lights. I still need to trim the lower tailgate hinge cover, and I had a nutcert spin on me. Haven't decided if I want to put my reverse lights below the tail light or recess them in my rear bumper when I build it.

Started my rear bumper today. Just lightly tacked all the square tubing together. I need to figure out where and how much ok going to gusset it. Might have to pick up some more steel.

Just a suggestion, but put a space between pictures you post. It makes them much easier to look at.

Even then If you hit return a few times between posted pictures, so they aren't touching, it looks better.

Well I built a new rear bumper, I want to add a couple gussets to the back and make some row points. I also relocated the evap canister using just a drill bit and a socket and ratchet. I took it out this past weekend and broke some clips on the passenger front fender flare, so I just took them both off.

I see you have JCR sliders. I used to wheel with the guys from JCR(Brian and Daryl?). Cool guys and their shop has grown a lot. Brian bought my old bling bling rims to run on is FJ

Ok gettin the ball rolling on some stuff for the jeep. Question though, I want to build my own tierod using 1.5 .25 wall tubing but I need to bend it so it clears the diff and what not. I've been looking at tubing benders and the price of the manual JD2 model 32 is not bad. But mounting a manual in the concrete is no bueno where I'm at so looking at hydraulic is a good idea. Anyone used the swag offroad cylinder add on? That way I can mount my bender on casters. More than likely I wont bend anything over 1.75 .120 wall for a cage. Sound like a good plan?

If all you need is to bend the tie rod find someone who has a bender.
