Eastbound and Down
From my experience most of the fun is from the lack of traction, suspension, tire size, toss in some uncomfortable body roll and you have yourself a time. I have hooned many a old junker car of sort around my family's farm. And also old trucks in 2wd drive.if that’s the most debatable thing I’ve ever said then I’m doing pretty good.
The cool thing about this truck is the ability to leave it in 2wd for that same experience yet I still have 4wd so I can make it to camp. Win win.
Hell I even have done some in my 76. The experience just isn't the same.
Back in my younger days me and my friends would get junkers and we would have races out out in the fields in winter. I would take the tractor and my snowplow, and plow an oval out in the snow. Then we would go out their and run the oval with these 100/200 dollar, or free cars we would find. Anything from a 76 diesel olds, to a 89 4 cyl fox body, to a 84 k car, and everything in between. It got a little extreme at times. But compared to a truck that even had the slightest inclination of ability..... no comparison.
Its basically the same as saying its way more fun driving a slow car fast then A fast car slow.
