1978 K5 LS/NV4500

This should be very cool!
I would like to ask, as I can't seem to find it in this thread, what application is the flywheel and bellhousing from?

I used the Sachs 1050 flywheel with the stock bell housing from the donor. Which was a ‘96 K3500.

NV4500 guys, I’m trying to find a fitting from the quick connect line off of my slave (-4an) to my factory GM master cylinder (12mm bubble flare). I’m having trouble finding an adapter. Anyone know of how to make it work?

One side needs to be male -4an and the other a 12mm bubble flare. So I shouldn’t actually need the factory line. Just need an adapter that would work with the factory master and be -4an on the other side.

@Kay86K5 Aren't most guys just using a Swagelock fitting to connect the slave line to master cylinder line in the middle?

That's what I did (and I've seen a few others do it too). It was crazy easy. I have the factory square body hard line coming out of the master cylinder and about 5" or 6" down cut it off. Then I have the factory NV4500 slave and hydro line come all the way up to that point where I have the square body hardline cut, then cut the NV4500 line there too, and then adapted them together with this:

In the pic below you can kinda see it installed. It was cheap, and crazy easy. Hasn't leaked in 3 years and about 10k miles
