It broke off a few trans swaps ago. The dorman trans pan has a drain plug that isn't recessed like the gm factory one is so it was unlevel and slipped off.
This is why I build a mount for every transmission I deal with.
Case was already broken anyway right?

Honestly after the first five it has lost some of the zeal.

I have had the bearings fall out of it multiple times, I have no idea how it still kind of works. I'm thinking one more time going in and I'm putting it in the trashcan.

Actually I was kind of impressed that he was able to use something from Harbor Freight a numerous 5 times!
So it looks like you have new parts that can find the way into a new Transmission housing, what's the plan for the new build and install?
I think we need to get a pool going to see how long you can get this transmission to last? I'm leaning towards 1 year, but part of me wants to say you're going to enter into a longer term situation with this one. Dare I say settle down so to speak??????

Level 2 rebuild kit with the raybestos z pack for the 4th gear. Borg Warner high energy band. Sonnax 2-3 shift sollenoid, sonnax actuator feed limit valve, sonnax super 4th servo, sonnax shift kit. GM Corvette servo and a beast sunshell. Also have upgraded 5 pinion planetaries over the stock 4. Looking at converters but might reuse mine I don't know yet.
This last one lasted 2 years I think? Internally it's fine just the case cracked and bleeds off the 4th gear. This one will be the biggest and best one yet.

Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, When are you having all of this magic stuff installed so that you'll have your biggest baddest Transmission ever, and more importantly when is Caitlyn getting her/his (it's?) drive train re-inserted?
