Page 1 start.

Page 200 LS install.
Page 250 ORD coil over suspension.
Page 321 first 4L60 failure. (following 60 pages of discussion how it failed and what needs to be done to fix it)
Page 453 second 4L60 failure. (more pages failure discussion, drive it like you stole it and question as to why did it broke again)
Page 542 trailer to BB, wheel
Page 592 third 4L60 failure. (further discussion on failure, cause and possible remedies to fix)

I might be off on the exact page numbers but anybody that has been through this have seen the pattern.

Just razzing. I'm just happy the truck has been getting more use and gaining confidence for longer runs. Stay at it dude!

You missed a engine, transfer case and another trans.:rotfl:

Finally got a regulator setup on the shocks and the rebuild kit ordered.

After 5 years of abuse they are 80psi low, I'm pretty sure Jack @miniwally said 200 and that's where we set them in the middle of the camp ground BB15.

Looking through some memories I ran across this picture.

Taken may 3rd. The engine and trans sat in the truck but everything else was not done and never fired the engine. 4 months later it wheeled in Moab for BB15 and also the first time I drove it.

Wow, BB15! Hard to believe it's been 5 years. I would have guess BB17. :doah:

Pulled the shocks apart, been watching videos and talking to friends. I'm behind on maintenance.:yikes:

Also made a small tool.

Mine did not have any of that in it when I rebuilt the one I have done. Because of a bent shaft.

Raced shocks you see that and worse. Is there a wear spot in the tube? I rebuilt a set on a street driven truck that never saw very much movement. Worked a 3" area in the tube. Is the material magnetic?

Don't see any wear in the tube or anything. The shock didn't leak at all, was only down I think 30-70 psi of pressure. I don't remember if I set it at 200 or where king says at 150.
