To much history behind this truck to let it go, "might as well" make it what I want.

IFS is held in by 1 bolt. :eek1: I couldn't get it out with the fuel lines and everything in the way with it behind the motor mount. Tomorrow or this weekend will be a update picture with no ifs. :woot:

also I removed the cotter pin on the passenger tie rod and took off the castle nut with my bare hand and barely lifted the tie rod off the spindle...

Lol....and you had this going how fast not too long ago?

That 108 was stupid and shouldn't have been done but when you are in the middle of 2 diesel trucks that are modified and pulling full out drag cars you try to give them the run for their money... :haha:

Funny thing is when I caught up to them they gave me the thumbs up with a smile.

I think something is missing here.

A 10 Bolt front. :woot:

Heck yeah, now the real fun begins. The tedious task of cleaning all that up. Regular oven cleaner will get most of the grime off and even some of the paint.

The feeling is awesome, I can't describe it. I need to order some parts BAD!

Does anyone know how zinc rich primer is compared to zinc chromate AKA Ryoken green?

As ryoken will tell you, nothing is as good as RG, except possibly some chemical coatings such as alodine etc. Nothing in a spray can is as good as RG.

Nope not at all. I ran into a bit of a snag today one of the carriage bolts for the bumper stripped out for the bracket. I spent the next hour and a half laying on the creeper.

Just got off the phone with Stephen at ORD... There went about $1600 in parts :eek1:

"Might as Well" :doah:

Ouch! I bet it will all be worth it in the long run. Finally decide what springs to go with?

Custom ORD springs with 11-12 inches of travel with bilstein 5100's valved for a f250

ORD took my deposit on the springs today. :pimp: Might have a small but mandatory update, going to try and get the 4wd motor mounts and cross member in this weekend.
