Yup combo of the breather and front diff output. I'll have it fixed tomorrow.

Topped it off Sunday and just put in 16 gallons... Not sure on mileage yet but I'm betting single digits.... I also wasn't exactly easy on it many full throttle mashes.

Yup, using map quest and calculating where i drove i got 9 mpg :rotfl::burnout::truck::usaflag:

Dude you must be driving crazy to be hitting 9mpg on that. I've got an old 67 firebird that I beat everytime I take out of the driveway and that's about what I make...
 
When we use to drag race, we would fill the car after each pass. So we took to checking how long we drove the car from when we left the pit until return.

Most 350 power cars averaged 4 MPG

My K5 averaged 9 MPG when wheeling
 
Most ls swaps I have seen in these have been getting 12-14 so 9 isn't that far out. Also don't know how exact mapquest was at plotting my mileage.

I have been hard on the throttle. At a coast I can't tell if it is running so a quick crack of the throttle let's me know.
 
My 2008 6.0L truck consistently gets 13-13.5mpg with an occasional 14mpg on a long highway drive. Towing usually does around 12mpg.
 
Found my vibration issue up at 80mph. Dented the rear shaft in Moab and smacked the driver rear shock into the u bolt plate.
 
Bummer dude, I recently found some fluid around the front output myself. Not sure where it's coming from yet.

When you replaced the seal, did you put sealant on the back side of the nut toward the yoke?
 
Just want to say thank you to everyone that votes for me. This happens to be my bday month and I have wanted to win this sense 2006. :D

Take a good look after driving it, find the origin. Seal might not be seated, wrong seal, cut, blah blah.

However, my 205 likes to pee around the splines. I run sillycone in around the spline face to stop that.






And congrats on GMOTM RTFS!
 
Replaced seal and used silicone, still leaks but a lot less. Apppears to be from the rear nose cone. Is that a gasket or silicone?

Anyone have a manual pdf or know where to buy one for a 91 np241?
