Im going to pull the pump and have the builder take a look and pray to god i didnt damage the pump. it wasnt forced hard at all.

going back an looking that the trans jack you're using (same one I have) I don't think I would ever try to install a trans with a t-case on it at once. It's just not stable enough for that unless you had a second set of hands helping.
it will go in fine but out is much harder... Oh well live and learn.

dude, I did the same exact thing. Thought I had the TC installed but when I got the trans in, couldn't rotate it to get it lined up that easy. I did get it bolted up, but when I started the engine, the output shaft wouldn't spin in any gear. I had destroyed the pump and the TC. Had to pull it again (by myself of course) and then I spent three hours trying to get the pump out with no luck. Finally took it into local trans shop, replaced the TC and pump and reinstalled. Very carefully this time.
I also balanced mine on the trans jack with the transfer case attached. Man was that a bitch on a sloping driveway. Almost got killed a couple of times.
Hang in there, all this will pass. During my build, my truck fell of the jack stands, I ripped my steering box off the frame, I messed up a trans pump, I bent push rods, and that is just the stuff that springs to mind.

I had mine fall of Jack stands, luckily the axle took the hit.

It was actually quite a long way out. When it seats all the way in it is really obvious.
If you can get a finger between the pump and converter. It isn't seated.
Turns out the pump is good, 20 dollars in some seals and im back at it!!!!

Yes. Gently massage it into place. And then gently massage the truck down the road for a test drive. Then let us know how things turn out.
