Sweat = good hard work. Or just too damn hot. Either way, start fresh tomorrow. Pull it back down and double check assembly. I forget which case you have, but a 241 is pretty simple. Never tore apart a 208, but they should be easy too. Something probably isn't seated all the way. Get a good night's rest and start fresh.
It's a 241, I don't get it and work 7am to 6pm so my time will be short.

Bags are for my tahoe 75 dollars figured why not.
Are you coiled in the rear? If you are I have the same bags on my Tahoe and I consider them a necessity with the K20 in tow. I ran my airlines up inside of the gas door

those bags are a necessity, so is the brake controller.
I remember one time we needed a brake controller in a hurry and couldn't buy one. Rigged up a toggle switch so they were either full on or not. Made for interesting towing.
That's my kind of electrical engineering
