No, I don't have very much info. I stopped messing with it doesn't the time being.
Put T-case in Nuetral, drive the transmission through all gears. If it makes noise it's in the Trans or possibly a bearing in the input of the Transfercase. Otherwise if it's quiet then it's either in the rear end, front end or the output side of the transfer case. No, I don't have very much info. I stopped messing with it doesn't the time being.

Just remember to shut the truck off before putting shifter in park after this test. I think all of this has been said already but this is a 2 minute diagnosis that will either confirm or help with your thinking.

Because Rev. and 1st are on the same shaft.
Just go do it and stop all this wondering and question. Just dont put it in park or reverse with out shitting it off first. With the transfer case in N nothing will stop it from spinning.

I'm not a fan of them to be honest. I'll go 4l80 or 6l80 before I do a manualBoat looks good so far! I've had way too much fun in a small boat trolling in lakes.
As for the truck, can we go manual trans yet?

100% agreed. The gremlins are mad at me, nothing like spending a year just trying to sort them out.Fair enough. I just want to see you enjoy it, relatively trouble free.
I want overdrive for the highway. Ultimate goal is to create a oleander truck and with the 4.56 gears it will be screaming on the highwayPut in a Th400 and be done
Overland, no idea how autocorrect got me on that one.I like oleander
