Phoenix doesn't get "cold" which is why I don't get it either.. it does get hot.. really hot.

Yeah, take them off and go to the carwash. Its the only way to get enough flow and pressure to ensure they are clean. I tried your method before and found it uninspiringAm I wrong to think these lines can be cleaned? I purposely went with them because of this and other reasons.
