are they going to have a 3way with a magnum ? ? that would be epic

Flippin sweet! You running a dual mass flywheel or just dealing with the noise?

It really is. Thanks!so much badassery
Well. I dont know how a front driveshaft is going to fit! Might have to. I wanted to run a 1410 CV front but it seriously seems like it will hit the case. This is WAY bigger than I expected.are they going to have a 3way with a magnum ? ? that would be epic![]()
I did a dual disk valair in a 2008 and it was terrible. It sounded like a CAT scraper when it was idling. LolI have a g56 with a single disc SB clutch, I get some throw out bearing noise at idle and some bearing growl when lugging the motor but otherwise it’s pretty quiet. With the original dual mass flywheel there was no noise at all (until it started dying).
I did make the mistake one fluid change of going with a blend of fluids that was supposed to help trans life etc and it got real noisy and harder to shift. I went back to the OE recommended fluid and it’s fine now.
Fyi, that little boot on the shifter is prone to tearing and leaking fluid.

I didn't realize the 205 round face had enough flat machined surface to accept a figure 8 bolt pattern. So the 205 behind the g56? Oh man, that thing is so big it makes the 205 look inadequate.I didn't realize the 205 round face had enough flat machined surface to accept a figure 8 bolt pattern.
I have a crossmember from a CUCV if you need one.
I help a friend of mine swap a LMM/Allison in a 88 crew cab and he wanted to run the 271 but it is too wide. It was hitting the frame. We ended up using a 261 with a front slip eliminator.
