False. I've taken much less capable vehicles through bigger ditches than that...

That being said, not everything I've done is worth copying.

Even a g80 would propel me up slightly larger obstacles.

I am running 4.10 gears, but have plans to run a newer 11.5 AAM with discs and a G80.Are you running 4.10 or 4.56 gears? I have a 10.5" G80 that I'd love to get rid of. Unless it's machined it won't fit the common thick gears, just the factory 4.56 ring.![]()

I feel kinda bad, but I did find that you can machine the ring face to work with 4.10 and down gears.

What would you want for that G80 Ethan?

Maybe shock valving? Going to test some different shocks this weekend and see what happens.
Exactly this. Way to jarring and stiff still when driving at speed, but if you slow it down the ride feels a lot smoother. I'll be pulling the shocks after work.I haven’t driven my truck much. But my 3” ez rides springs and 12” bilsteins ride good in my opinion.
This and my square both ride/rode better than my 07 ram 2500 did with that damn Cummins up front. So maybe that’s why I like it so much.
What don’t you like about it? Too jarring? Too stiff over all. Maybe pull the shocks and drive around the block
+1The springs just need broken-in would be my guess. How many miles would you say you've put on them?
I drive 30-50 miles a day, and have been driving it since sunday, so I've put somewhere near 200 miles on them. The springs just need broken-in would be my guess. How many miles would you say you've put on them?
So the ride will continue to get softer?+1
It took quite a while to break mine in, and I still eventually removed the bottom two leaves.

It should. Flexing to compress the springs will help, too. Use your four wheel drive. Find a ditch. So the ride will continue to get softer?
