Gonna be a truggy. Fenders something like that black truck.

I thought you were gonna have less sheetmetal than me :dunno:
I should have said less (front) fenders. Mine are off waiting for cutting. They'll be cut all the way up to the body line and straight fwd. Right now the blazer is just gonna be a hack testbed for the 46"s. If they break stuff too much, I'll go back to 38"s. Then maybe a flatbed with removable stepsides and tube cab or pickup cab. Kind of a truggy with removable body panels that looks street legal.

Or something. :D

I'M A NEW MAN!

Maybe THIS weekend I'll wheel it for real. It's been romped thru the test track in the back. Might even get some vid.

Well get some new G-D Pics then! Photobucket can't find your last ones!:D:D

Want no smog? Use the CUCV then and keep a diesel in it. Mil vehicles don't 'no nuttin' 'bout no smog crappola!:waytogo::waytogo::waytogo:

You might say I'z bi-azzed tho':haha:

My tire hits my steering box. I don't want to do dull hydro. Any ideas? Relocate box? Pics?

Ahhhh.....

I have the XML version tire.

Try dually hubs.

I'm going to...but I don't think it's gonna be enough. I think they will keep the tires out of the springs, but not the box.

whats your suspension setup? My brother is running 4" lift and 46" mickey thompson baja claws, his tires don't touch the steering box or springs

What is the backspacing on your wheels? In the pic they appear to have a ton of backspacing.

The answers - spacers / dually width set up / new wheels

Somewhere around 5" lift. 56" springs short end fwd, axle fwd somewhere around 5". Hit the box with 4" lift springs before axle move/56"s springs too. 20" wheels. Backspacing sets them in 1". You have to remember, my tires are "real" 46"s. The mickeys probably don't actually measure 46".

I'd like to see his truck.

They do. That's what they had, they were cheap. Ordering wheels would have cost more, and only would have gained me 1". I'll try the dually hubs and go from there.
