One of these should work on the cummins either with or without air compressor. Just need the correct drive and front cover setup.

Then run your York off the serp belt and an a/c compressor. There are a ton of different a/c and alt mount setups. I think the one that is usually ran in a square is the high mount a/c bracket and alt mount.

This is high dollar aftermarket one but factory stuff is similar, this pic is missing the fan drive in the middle.

This is a more homemade one I think.
Thses below are factory setup on a freightliner but something similar with the York on the driver side and everything else on the pass side.
These p/s reservoirs are pretty popular with semis. Usually just pipe threaded female ports on the bottom and a filter inside. Pretty cheap used.
