74 dirty c rough weekend with a smile....

Used the metal squirt gun to get some things glued together.

Finally got the old steering off the axle. What a pain that was until Jesse busted out the right tool! Buzzed out the last stud with an extractor because the pound and heat method failed on the last cone washer.
Today we'll have the brackets on and welded and hopefully mocked up links!
 
Thats what my garage looks like, except I have Hurst and Accel stickers.

Good progress. Let us know what things you guys would do different once its in. We all know this is a learning experience, hoping this takes off!
 
the guy only needs the frame... he has a 75 ( no smog In California ) so everything goes.... besides faded paint there's no dents no rust that I could see.... it almost hurt my feelings knowing it's basically scrap....
