New front rotors, calipers, and pads.
Had a couple used 265/75/16's mounted to the rims after painting.
Also scuffed and give the rear wheels a fresh coat too.

Zim, I put some stock 16" trim rings from a IFS truck on my Dodge dually wheels after I re-painted them it really sets them off.

You could also hit up Ebay and get a set of IFS dually Lug nut covers and get the conversion lug nuts that let you use them

talked with the guy today, and he said GM made a few years of odd rims that the offset is different on 16.5's and these don't fit those so good, because of that offset, but he said on 16's it should fit great.

So when I picked this thing up from Eric, they had started calling it the immigrant, I wasn't so fond of that, so may I introduce BART.....

OK, don't look much different than before, but the fresh paint and new bigger tires in front make it look a little more alive now....next up repair a few loose hardware items underneath. That's why its still on Jackstands.

Oh and my daughter came up with BART...
