New front rotors, calipers, and pads.
Had a couple used 265/75/16's mounted to the rims after painting.
Also scuffed and give the rear wheels a fresh coat too.

That looks good Dave, I think these old duallys are the only rig I like white rims on
 
The white definitely does look more "correct".
 
nice truck man! i just wish the 4X4 version of that weren't so damn hard to find.
 
Zim, I put some stock 16" trim rings from a IFS truck on my Dodge dually wheels after I re-painted them it really sets them off.

You could also hit up Ebay and get a set of IFS dually Lug nut covers and get the conversion lug nuts that let you use them

I've decided after seeing this thread that I'm gonna build a 91 V3500 Dually out of my Parts and truck collection............ And when Patty asks I'm blaming it on you Zim hahahahaha

OK, don't look much different than before, but the fresh paint and new bigger tires in front make it look a little more alive now....next up repair a few loose hardware items underneath. That's why its still on Jackstands.

Oh and my daughter came up with BART...
