please don't put the chrome simulators on, i am really digging the vintage look you have going now. paint scheme and everything!

b.a.r.t. is an awesome name!

loving the truck man, i love those old two tone paint jobs...

hmmmm, wonder if there are any... no! i need to finish my suburban first! dammit!

I have to say, I like the white better. Get a matching set of 16's and have them white powdercoated. Done. Nice retro vintage vibe.

I would just like to point out one thing and you guys that are Friends with me on facebook know this. (at least if you look at my avatar on there)

While my dually when it gets done will look alot like Daves. I HAD THE IDEA BEFORE HIM. So lemme just come out and say I am no copying Dave, because with the front end up on jackstands my dually when done ( who knows when) will look a ton like Bart

that's all I see when I hear bart

Ok clearly I'm ****ing it up from my phone, but it's supposed to be a sheriff Bart from blazing saddles. You need gucci saddle bags

Digging the truck, do you still need 16" rims?

I've got more, I know for sure of 2 but I think I had a full set.

thanks for the comps guys....I gotta say too, I really like how the fresh white brought out the white on the truck, should look really good when I can get the paint buffed out so it'll actually shine again.
But here's my grand scheme of things...2 tone paint with 72 apple red primary color, and 17 silver metallic as the center, and roof color. IF that color combo makes it on the truck, I would have to go with the simulators I think....but we'll see, this white on the wheels really livened up the rest of the white!

And Eric, don't worry man...it may be a few years before I get to paint too! And besides we live like 10K miles apart who's gonna see em the same? Go for it buddy.

Hey Brett, I do need at least 3 more, I got one from Kert while I was there.
I'll PM ya.

Powder coating them white would be bad ass too!

seriously guys, stay with the white wheels?, I was wanting it to be blingin' while towing! The two tone will stay, and maybe I'll wait on the sim's for now. But I ain't ruling them out...I think they would look better with the silver sides, than the white wheels do.

AJ, you still got the number for the powder coat guy up here in MI?

I have to say the white looks pretty good, but the Simulators will look good too

Dammit Dave!!

You're on your 2nd truck, and I'm still stocking parts for my p.o.s. 'burb! I'm starting to get envious...doh!:doah:

Looking good...B.A.R.T., I like that!:haha:

I know, the price to have 4 wheels (or 6 to get em all done) would be more than the price of the simulators...
