77 The Black Truck "Ratbag"

DF31D764-0989-441B-A1A8-45CA046E30AC.jpeg Haven’t really done anything with it for a long time still runs and drives but just mostly sits. Thought it should have a job so I chucked a 1000 litre IBC tank in the box. Water truck this summer for the flowers around the farm.
Trying to see how much rain water I can catch from the shop roof.

This pic I stole off F/B this morning. My truck will never look that good but I’ll post it here for some inspiration!

Well be honest with yourself dean. There really are only two kinds of people in this world. Those with stepsides and those that want them.

What is that wagon dean? I am not familiar with that. Looks to be some sort silage wagon. Maybe you chop into that and it side dumps for a silage bunker or bag system? :dunno:

Yeah it’s our silage wagon we use for Corn, grass and barley. We don’t side fill typically straight of the chopper because we would need more trucks and drivers, plus the loads come so fast the guy packing the pit can’t keep up so the pit isn’t packed as good and there is more air in it so you end up with worse quality feed.

Understand, what do you use for the pit packer.

I'm old school. Never had a bunker. We had silos.

Case AG tractors suck! Unless it’s a quad track! Lol!
No fluid, that’s old school too. Weights
Lol. You know the biggest reason why other brands don't sell by us is lack of dealership infrastructure.
I am sure that there are lots of good tractors out there other then CNH and JD. But they don't have the dealer network that those two do.
People don't want to buy tractors and not be able to get parts.
Of course Deere is screwing themselves on that front right now....

Exactly! Buy from the dealer that gives you the best service.
Otherwise its just Chev vs Dodge vs Ford...pick your flavour!?
