Any plans for baffles?
Any plans for baffles?

....and that isn't even one gallon
....Other than the pickups, I will only have the fuel level indicator inside the tank, but that could take a beating as well I guess.
I wish I was close to you I would buy your old tank for my truck.
with a metal tank welding something in would be easy enough. I have read but you might want to confirm that guys use DIY bedliner inside the tank to coat/seal them.
I'll phone you and talk to you about the old tank Dave.
And if you are building a new tank from scratch why not put baffles in it.
I rode with my uncle one time in a semi hauling liquid sugar... no Baffles in the tanker because it was food grade and with baffles the tank can't be sanitized good enough... Man when that sloshed around it hit hard!!
I could see where even 30 gallons could be a problem.

Baffles are a good idea. Not as necessary on this small of a tank, I doubt you'll notice weight shift and with the multiple pickups starvation isn't the issue.
They won't hurt a thing though. I did not run them in mine and have felt I wish I had them. Very simple to put them in though.
I agree a drain is a great idea. I could have used one more than once.I like the drain idea!
You never know when you need a empty tank, and it's always full if you need to work on it.
