Maybe you should say "we chevyed the river" from now on instead.

So is that the Platte River? That must be an oxbow lake or something that yall were at. Or is the main channel that shallow right there? Looks like a lot of fun for sure.

Great pics as always. "CK5 Hub Cap Gang" I like it! Makes me wish i had some sweet hub caps :doah:

You can! It is as easy as throwing way your 1/2 ton junk and buying a 3/4 with hub caps. We could be the 16.5 gang too.

It's the Loup River. That is the river. We are in a severe drought. That being said, they let some water loose upstream somewhere, and there is more water in it now than there has been for the past two months. This is twenty some miles upstream from where the Loup drains into the Platte. There is WAY less water than this in the Platte upstream of where the Loup drains in.

Haven't made an update in a while and im bored at work so what the hell.

John ('80 427) was so kind as to help me with my carb issues. So I picked up a QJet rebuild kit, timing curve kit, cap, rotor, and a **** load of carb cleaner. Got it all put back together and it ran quite a bit better, but still had a bit of a dead spot off idle. So I pulled it back off so John can work some magic and it is still currently out of commision. Not a big deal though cause nobodys been wheelin' around here lately.

Random pics I took...

I knew before even opening this thread that you were going to say that haha. I agree 100% though.

The biggest deal will be buying a sending unit and in tank pump to put in your tank(s?). The rest of it is all pretty straight forward. Just swap intakes, screw in a few sending units, find a place for the ECM, and run the wires. TBI is stupid simple.

That doesn't sound too bad actually. Wiring is the only thing that scares me really. I should just do it.
