79 blazer build

It is from WWII era military trucks. I just like the way it looks.

I just put it on so the spark plugs wires wont touch and burn. I only did a little bit. I had heard about rust problems with it.

i'd like to see the star slightly bigger. i really dig your wheels.

what's going on with the core support hoop?

We had more progress today. I am very happy with how it is turning out. Still have to cut and fit the hood.

i see now. forgot/didn't notice you were narrowing the front. looks good. I like that you're reinforcing the front end with tube. i've found that not running inner fenders allows my front clip to move around ALOT. So, i'll be doing some tube work to reinforce it.

Good job!

We had more progress today. Got the fenders mounted and the hood cut down. I took it out for the first test drive. Had some carb issues but I will sort them out tomorrow. All in all I like it!!

Well we went out and tested today. It runs good but a little hot. I think I will have to go and get some fans from the junk yard. You can see the flex in the back. The shocks are binding and need to be relocated but you get the idea.

Looking good..
The windstar fan set up works awsome i have done 3 know 2 bb and 1 sb no overheating at all.

My wife likes to drive it!!! She loves to go out camping. My girls have been over the rubicon at 2 months with 3 ft of snow!! Who said a family has to slow us down, just needed to change the rig to accomidate them.

I got the lights on today. I scored them on E-bay for $35. They are vintage snow plow lights. They work great and with a grill on there I think they will look good.:D
