Good thing I went ahaid & took the front end apart to install the locker. 1 race was broke, the other pitted. I'm reusing the gears. They looked fine. Been on a little hyatius from working in this thing. I'm going to get back to work now though!
I hear ya on the time takers when trying to work . 
Ha! I tell you what, little critters can be pretty helpful at times! Cool thing is the kids love the Burb. My little blonde girl is really interested in how stuff works. She soaks it in & remembers. Can't wait to get them up in the mountains somewhere. Really thinking about tube doors for this thing. I think the open cab feel will really add to the experience. If we want comfort there is always the SuperDuty. I may be headed back in more of my original direction of trail rig...

You're attaching a dinger to the bottom of youre truck. Thats going to hump everything

Are you going to skid the whole length?
Contrair mufrair. A dingle berry would be if I left the transfer case hanging down, I see this as quite the opposite approach. Nice, smooth bottom. Yes, front shackle to rear shackle full length & width skidplate. I will give up some ground clearance in spots to gain a nice, clean skid.
