Nice progress! I might have to get one of those axle cradles. $75 Is a pretty good deal! Man this thing is looking good! Did you settle on a set of tires yet?

I have not decided. May have to have 2 sets. One for the street & a set for the trail. I'll cross that bridge when & if I ever get there. If I get my way it will have 40" Nitto Trail Grapplers on Raceline Beadlocks.

Went with non serviceable Spicer HD u joint. Had to do a little fudge work to get it in the yolk. Went to Speedway & re purchased the fittings that I had purchased then returned a week ago. Had to do a little trimming on the mounting brackets of my power steering cooler to get them to work. Was trying to avoid it. Master cylinder showed up today. Yea know the second new one I have ordered trying to get the right aster for the length of pushrods I have. Well, it was not comparable either. Shortened my pushrod. Hope to baby Jesus that I got it right & it does not fall down in between my master & booster at some in opportune time. Went to install my ORD extended brake lines, too short. Got a wild hair up my ass yesterday when closing up shop & painted the rock ring on one of my wheels. I'll have to wait to see it with the fender back on to see if it stays. Air hammered my bump stop off on the passenger side. Bad angle, it was not easy. Out of oxygen otherwise I would have torched it. Ohh!!! While at Speedway I asked if they sold DOM tubing. No, but the guy behind you does. This guy drove me to his shop & gave me a 7' stick of 1 1/2" 1/4 wall DOM. It was going to cost me $150 to buy it at my metal store. Score! Traction bar coming soon.

I gotta say, brakes are something you don't want to have to "hope" on. Brakes get you out of trouble, long pedal gets you into it. If you have any doubt about your brakes do it until it's right. Only takes 1 fault to kill you.

I think all gm hydroboosts came with one of two master cylinder rod lengths. Did you get the pedal rod in the right length yet? If it's too long, it might be holding that master cylinder push rod out too far.

Put 1/2 of a body lift on tonight. That 1" makes a big difference. Like 1" difference!:) Looks like it's going to do good things for routing my fill tubes, getting spacers out of transfer case crossmember, tire clearance!

I was up in the parts room looking for the body mount washers I took off WAY back when I put on the B52's. Found a hydro boost master with the rod/spring/clip still in it. It's the right one. All this BS & I had it all along. Anyway, the one I had cut down was a 16th shorter than the factory one.

Sometimes I'm walking threw the shed & BAM! I get whiplash from the lugs of TSL's catching my eye. I just stand there staring at them for a while.....
