82 K20 CREW "WONTON"

Death wobble is a axle problem not a suspension problem
I've ran into death wobble before on my jeep. I fixed it by moving the track bar. That leads me to believe that death wobble isn't always in the axle. But I'll run it and see what it does to make you 2 happy :)

I think suspension agrivates it bit it is usually problems with the axle. Esp a 60.

Finally got around to cleaning the interior out and replacing the heater core.

I went with a much simpler mounting on Mutt's bumper build....

missed it, are you planning, 52/56's?

I have both. I'll probably run the 52s for now. I haven't heard much about 56s up front and how the act on the street

I'm far from an expert... personally, I'm not a fan on a street driven rig... heard way too many issues about spring durability (Chris from ORD went thru SEVERAL sets of 52's), and yes, some unpleasant road manners.. contrary to what the choir will chime in with...

BUT.. with that said, from my cursory look at it, the 56's seem like a much better route... makes the rear shackle position much easier to deal with from what I remember over the 52's.... I'm sure someone versed in both will chime in tho...

I'd like to run the 56s. So if anyone else has experience good or bad I'd like to hear about it

If I was moving a little faster on my build I could let you know how the 56's work. I can run either with my setup but I was actually a little worried that I was making a mistake with them. Good to hear what @ryoken had to say about them. Hope he's right!

I ran 52" springs for several years with the front shackle hanger in the stock position.
