bought a light bar any suggestions on where to put it? i was thinking about putting it behind the bottom of the grill or possibly inside the bumper i build. I know it'll get ripped off if i leave it on top.
From this close you can see the body work thats not quite finished
I put one in the grille in my truck, up top just takes to many hits.
i think i might do that with mine, but put it behind the grill so its not noticeable until its on.

I didnt take before pictures, but I used the holes for the body mounts when I moved mine. I dont remember which two holes I used but I think on the front it was the middle hole on the spring hanger with the forward top hole for the body mount.

i found a nice black 3rd gen roller last year i was going to swap a big block into, 4 hour drive to buy it, got 5 minutes away and the guy called and told me he sold it.

Not really any update, drove it outside to make room in the shop, but everyone likes pictures i think.

The front looks disproportionately long, but with those headlights sweeping back into the fenders I don't see how you could have done otherwise....finish cleaning up the bodywork and it will look nicely done!
It doesnt look quite as disproportional in person, but in pictures it does a lot, i wanted to do an 05 front end, but had this laying around.

Idk about that air filter unless you never drive in the rain or even park it outside on a heavy dew night.

I have been parking it inside and havent driven it much yet, i do have another filter with a plastic housing, this one just happened to be with the motor and i was in a hurry, might get a cowl hood too, not sure yet haha
