I wanna know more about that 76 mm motor. But what do I know.
I wanted super low end torque so the turbo was small and the cam could have been bigger. The turbo was from a project my buddy who owns a speed shop's project where they wanted to make 555 RWHP out of a customers truck. This turbo was a bit too conservative. Still it came on like a light switch and would blow my 36" swampers off at will.
Most of my engine building has been European and Japanese OHV engines. Maybe I've watched too much horsepower TV because I expected a cam retainer and there seems to be provision for it. When I asked the interwebs last night I read about the angle on the cam forcing it in place.
Yeah I thought the same thing. Hell I'm just left wing un-teachable tofu farting fairy prius toting libtard.
I'll just weld the cam in place.
