I can't remember what mine looks like as far as clocking goes but I think it's pretty simple?
ORD 203/205 doubler right? If so those are spec'd with a 2" clock or stock orientation.

I did a single 3" crossover pipe at the bell-housing to run the exhaust on the driver side. Plenty of clearance for the front shaft at full stuff.the exhaust is going to be a bitch...
No it's a northwest fab.ORD 203/205 doubler right? If so those are spec'd with a 2" clock or stock orientation.

Also, I have about the same clocking, and ended up using a Tom Woods offset u-joint on the transfer case end of the front shaft.
Looking real good.

Also I was wondering... I haven't taken a close look at my tank but is there a reason for going to the passenger side with the filler neck?
I messed around with mine for a few tonight too and I came to the conclusion that going under the back of the bellhousing is my best bet.

Nice. If that doesn't clear, 3" oval tubing is (I think) 2-1/4" across.Played around with some exhaust ideas, below is a 3" tube of biscuits simulating a 3" crossover exhaust tube that would merge into the driver side tube.
I see. Shows how much I pay attention! I forgot you are running an automatic. There's a nice spot to squeeze 3" in right behind the bellhousing on a NV4500.
I just had to jump this same hurdle, apparently long tube headers make exhaust routing a pain once you clock the transfer case. Luckily I'm only running 2.50" so I was able to squeeze it between the rail and the tc and cross over under the tailshaft housing.
I have a 3" pipe running down my passenger side with out any issues...........but then my transfer case is a drivers drop
I didn't even think to take a picture of it installed, and won't be home for another two weeks. Its 2" square 3/16 thick, it hangs down a little when you look from the side but its only right below where the tc hangs. I plan to eventually skid plate the whole thing.
Have you looked at K85s exhaust?
