Big tires are easy to mount on beadlocks, I did my 40’s in my backyard.
Mix up some dawn and water but keep it thick, a thin watery mix will run off and not stick.
I put my wheels on the grass so they didn’t get scuffed up on my driveway. Lube the wheel and tire beads, sloppy! Pick the tire up and slam it down on the wheel, the inner bead will pop right on the wheel. Since you got beadlocks the outer bead doesn’t have to go on, it just lays on the rim flange then install the ring.
I did 3 graduated torque steps to get to the final amount but I had to do multiple rounds on each step because as the bead compresses the bolts you’ve already done will be loose. Repeat until they’re all consistent. Also, recheck them after a few days. See your instructions or company website for sequence/values.
Be careful not to over tighten the bolts as this can cause “coning” of the ring.
All beads aren’t the same thickness, my Boggers were a tick thin so my Trailready’s required spacers to prevent the coning. TR sells them so your company may also.
