Working through some issues, first was a fuel pump that wasn't priming. Was getting low voltage readings, double checked the grounds and added another from the tank to the frame. Got 12 volts at the pump but it wasn't running. Pulled that out and jumpered it directly to the battery, still nothing. Decided to stick a probe in the pump and see if it would spin, it was a little tight and then spun like normal. Now it's working.....thanks AC Delco.

Now I'm trying to figure out why I don't have spark.

Keep at it... sounds l
I think I'll reach out to the FiTech FB group and see if they have any ideas

Can you link me to the group?

Its been a while since you posted this, but what do you have going on?

Can you hear the pump prime when you turn it to on?

Did you change the handheld settings from 2 wire to tach (your running HEI right?)?

Do you get rpms when cranking?

Hopefully these questions are useless and you got it running!

Last I posted I had fuel pressure at the rail when I turned the key to the on position. Once I cranked I would not see any tach signal on the handheld and nothing from the timing light (no spark). Yes, the FiTech is set to the correct setting. A member on the Facebook group asked if the white wire lost voltage during cranking, sure as shit it was. Moved that and now I have nothing, no starter nor is the pump priming.

I ready to rip out all the hack wiring in this thing. The more tape I remove the more shit I find.

My white wire gets power from my old fuse box and is also the power to my starter solenoid. It goes to a spot labeled ignition unfused on my 72 fuse panel.

Suck part is none of us have a clue to help you
:frown1:

Yup.

And I don't blame yah. If I was in the area I'd be willing to be stumped with you. Not to mention, I feel like I'm offering advice to someone way more capable than myself.

You'll get it.

Yeah we know you'll figure it

Just a matter of how many F bombs get dropped in the process

if you didn't drop 1k in cuss words in 30 mins you have yet to bet my record.

Glad to see you seem to have figured problems out now show us a F#cking video or it did happen you damn tease!

Congrats! It's always so exciting when you see and hear that hard work paying off.
