Lol. My wife/kids are gone too. I'm having an epic struggle getting my ass out to the shop as it is also 107 degrees here too. Earlier I went out and turned on my big shop fan but it only blew hot air on me. I turned around and went back inside and watched the new episode of Hot Rod garage.

It was like 90 out today. Prob a good 80-85 in my shop due to the insulation. Wait til it's -18 this winter and I'll be the one complaining in my un-heated shop lol

Just need to decide on a cut. Kiddo likes tri-tip these days but a nice thick New York or Ribeye sounds good too.
You need to have tri tip to appreciate it for all the people that can't get it anymore.
