I’m going to plate the inside so it’s like a step. I’ll also be adding another support from the A Bomb to the corner.
 
Why cut the floor when your pedals are fairly immovable? I've had seats sit damn near ON the floor and the leg position sucks. Unless you're talking about a rear seat.

Just the gas tank humps will be removed. The section under your feet and tans hump will stay as is.

True. But being a bit uncomfortable isn't bad vs smashing your head into the cage.
 
In the end I still want this truck looking like a square body with the ability seal it up with doors.

Played around with a template and amazingly enough I can flip this template over and it fits on the other side. I’ll probably dimple die these pieces.

Lookin good. I was told to always put the seam of hrew tube on the inside of your bends.

That’s how I do it. Mostly so people don’t see it and think I’m cheap, but I think the reason is the seam becomes a weak point when stretched? But I really don’t know if that’s why they say to do that? I’ll google it...
