Why cut the floor when your pedals are fairly immovable? I've had seats sit damn near ON the floor and the leg position sucks. Unless you're talking about a rear seat.

Lookin good. I was told to always put the seam of hrew tube on the inside of your bends.In the end I still want this truck looking like a square body with the ability seal it up with doors.
Played around with a template and amazingly enough I can flip this template over and it fits on the other side. I’ll probably dimple die these pieces.

That’s how I do it. Mostly so people don’t see it and think I’m cheap, but I think the reason is the seam becomes a weak point when stretched?
