That's a hard question to answer not knowing what your goals are with this rig.

Well I want it all. Lol. I want it to be the ultimate offroad capable rig but still have license plates. Easy right? I know what I should do. I need to do all the little stuff. It already works great with the ord springs, I just cant stop looking at coil overs... damn disease.......
205 is apart. Going to get the housing all cleaned up for the machine shop.

Nice tranny table there! See where fluid runs off to side and drains down very nice table to have.

Broke 2 sets of snapring pliers last time I took my 205 apart.. Those rings suck.
I was a heavy equipment mechanic for 15 yrs. before I got in the elevator trade so I have some BIG tools. Lol
Those SnapOn pliers are the shizz. Make short work of even the most awesomest of snap rings
No doubt. I find myself making up reasons to buy a tool. Good tools are a great investment. They will be around for the rest of your life to help you get things done. With all your digits still attatched, lol

Finally ran her low enough on gas to drop the tank one last time. Washed it and flushed it with water so I didnt blow my self up cutting a hole. Now she has a huge sump with a -8an fitting to feed the fuel pump. No more fuel supply issues.
Does it clear the skid plate?? Interesting... hmmm.
Well..... kinda. I know it won't clear but i'm just going to squeeze it up together. I think. Got it all back together and just got back from a trip around the block. Taking a beer/swamp cooler break then we'll see how the skid goes back on.
Just got off the phone with Stephen at ORD. The Softopper will be on its way.
