Whoa, that’s expensive!

Go ahead and try that on your diesel and report back with the results. I bet you could really roll some coal with that new prefilter setup.I was going to say that charging $27 for the bottom of a black trashbag is also crazy expensive.![]()

I realize I misread your post. I thought that was a waterproof cover you put over the intake when hosing down your engine bay. I totally missed the point.
Carry on, wayward son...

Lookin good dude!So tonight I worked on fuel routing ideas and cleaning up/looming some wires. Didn’t get any pictures of the wiring as it’s dark, but I’ll take a progress shot in the morning.
As for fuel line. This a good route for the top of the engine down to the frame rail? This is just my first rough draft idea. Should I add some 45/90/180* fittings somewhere?

Also, any sharp edge contact will get some extra attention to prevent any chafing on the fuel line.

That is just some rubber line to use for mock up. It will eventually be steel and nylon braided, still need the heat shield?I’d slide a heat shield around that fuel line.
Yeah I would look into a shield. That is just some rubber line to use for mock up. It will eventually be steel and nylon braided, still need the heat shield?
