So another trip in the books, and my streak has been broken......literally
Saturday, less the an hour in I managed to get the truck hung up with both axles sitting on rocks, the passenger rear tire in the air, and the pass side of the bed resting against a tree. It was the first time I "needed" assistance, which turned out to be only 3 guys and a strap to give me just enough of a nudge to get a bite and continue forward, thanks Nick
Then my "never broke" streak ended also
Later that day on a steep nasty climb, a little to much throttle, and some 42's hopping found the strength limit of my front d shaft

glad I built a spare
Finally, on our way back to camp today, on a fun rocky climb with a nice ledge at the top, and add in lots of mud from the rain, as I crested it I had to throttle up a bit and suddenly I heard a LOUD bang, the steering wheel spun out of my hands and fluid sprayed out of the front of the truck

I somehow managed to blow the front cap off of the box

it was hanging by the assist hose with the o ring and metal retaining ring around the hose. The box is most likely junk now as it broke off about a 1" section of the groove the metal ring sits in. I was able the get the cap back in and hammer the ring back in enough to hold it together to limp it back to camp.
Soo, some repairs are in order
Otherwise, had a great trip, the EFI is GREAT!!!!!! I will never, ever, ever wheel a carb'd rig again !!! The system worked flawlessly, I could not be happier with the AFI TBI set up
